The shape and design of the next generation sports wheel
These days high performance wheels are needed in various categories and the forged mono block wheel became not only for sports cars, but others as well. The new image of forged mono block wheel that maximize the beauty was needed for the S7. The spoke’s cross section has transformed from slim and deep to powerful and thin yet a silhouette that appears more massive. By applying the black clear coat after the FDMC process on the concave spokes, it shines as a unique black metallic against the light. This is the new proposal made possible by the beauty of forged.

Concave Design
The concave design was applied to show the beauty of concaving spokes to the center. The concave design can show the big disk to appear even larger.
Spoke Design
The Volk Racing brand uses more sharp and slim spokes. On the other hand, designed spoke with width and thin cross-section is applied to the WALTZ FORGED S7. The spokes are wide and thin but still achieves high rigidity and strength.
FORGED＆Clear Paint
The black clear coat is applied after the detailed diamond cut process. The brightness of diamond cut and translucent paint will change how it looks fascinatedly by shades and shadows.
Machining Logo
The machining logo on the rim flanges is not only the accent. It also emphasizes the appearance and texture of the wheel keeping the machining finish purposely highlighted.
